EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received. You may also notify us of withdrawal before delivery. Legal exceptions may apply.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email yprincetimz@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. You do not need to sign in to notify us by email.

You may also use the Returns & Cancellations link in our store footer to submit a return or cancellation request.

Return instructions and postage

Before sending goods back, please contact us by email or through the return request process so we can provide the correct return destination and instructions for your order. For orders fulfilled by Printful, the return destination is the corresponding Printful facility. Please do not send returns to our business address or to a facility address without confirming the correct destination with us.

Contacting us for return instructions does not make your statutory right of withdrawal subject to our approval.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period expires.

We bear the direct cost of return postage for eligible ordinary change-of-mind withdrawals. Contact us promptly for the return-shipping arrangements and correct destination.

Withdrawal refunds

For a statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option are not reimbursed.

We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a reimbursement fee.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Nothing in these instructions limits your mandatory rights regarding defective or incorrect goods.
