OFFLIMITS™ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your OFFLIMITS™ order.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received. You may also notify us of withdrawal before delivery. Legal exceptions may apply.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email yprincetimz@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient. You may use the model form on our public Withdrawal Form / Widerrufsformular page, but it is not mandatory. You do not need to sign in to notify us by email.

You can also submit an eligible return or cancellation request through the “Returns & Cancellations” link in our store footer.

Items should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible. You may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Because our products are produced on demand, please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at yprincetimz@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue. Valid claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted products should be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Please check the product description and size information carefully before ordering.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or other consumer rights that apply to you under German or EU law.

Personalized Products

Where a product is made according to your individual specifications or is clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where permitted by law. This exception does not apply merely because a standard product is produced after an order is placed.

Refunds

Return instructions and postage

Before sending goods back, please contact us by email or through the return request process so we can provide the correct return destination and instructions for your order. For orders fulfilled by Printful, the return destination is the corresponding Printful facility. Please do not send returns to our business address or to a facility address without confirming the correct destination with us.

Contacting us for return instructions does not make your statutory right of withdrawal subject to our approval.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period expires.

We bear the direct cost of return postage for eligible ordinary change-of-mind withdrawals. Contact us promptly for the return-shipping arrangements and correct destination.

Withdrawal refunds

For a statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option are not reimbursed.

We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a reimbursement fee.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
